This Privacy Policy applies to mobile applications and games (collectively referred to as "Services" or "Application") developed by MURAT ACIKGOZ, operating under the brand name "Gamelytics" (hereinafter referred to as "Service Provider", "we", "us", or "our").

1. Information Collection and Use

The Application collects information when you download and use it. This information is used to provide and improve our Services.

A. Automatically Collected Information

When you use the Application, we may automatically collect certain data, including but not limited to:

• Device Information: Your mobile device's type, operating system version, and unique device identifiers (e.g., Advertising ID on Android/iOS).
• Usage Data: The pages of the Application that you visit, the time and date of your visit, and the time spent on those pages.
• IP Address: Your device's Internet Protocol address.

B. Location Data (If Applicable)

• General Apps: Most of our Applications do not collect precise geographical location data. They may only use coarse location (e.g., derived from IP address) for analytics or serving relevant advertisements.
• Location-Based Features: If a specific Application requires precise location (GPS) to function (e.g., for "Nearby" features or AR games), we will explicitly request your permission via your device's operating system. You can toggle this permission off at any time in your device settings.

C. Wikipedia Data & Third-Party Content

Some of our Applications display content sourced from the Wikimedia Foundation (Wikipedia).

• When you request a Wikipedia article within the app, your device communicates directly with Wikimedia servers.
• In these instances, your IP address and user agent string may be visible to the Wikimedia Foundation, subject to their own Privacy Policy. We do not store or intercept this direct communication for our own records.

2. Third-Party Access and Data Sharing

We may share aggregated, anonymized data with third-party services to help us operate, analyze, and improve the Application. Specifically, the Application uses third-party services that may collect information used to identify your device (such as Advertising IDs).

3. Advertising and Tracking

For Applications that display advertisements (e.g., via AdMob):

• We and our partners may use identifiers such as the IDFA (iOS) or GAID (Android) to serve personalized ads.
• iOS Users: You will be presented with an App Tracking Transparency prompt asking for permission to track. If you decline, ads will still appear but will be less relevant.

4. Opt-Out Rights

You can stop all collection of information by the Application easily by uninstalling it. You may use the standard uninstall processes available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace. Additionally, you can reset your Advertising ID in your device's "Settings" menu (under Privacy > Tracking on iOS, or Google > Ads on Android) to limit ad tracking.

5. Data Retention Policy

We retain User Provided data for as long as you use the Application and for a reasonable time thereafter. Automatically collected data is aggregated and anonymized. If you'd like us to delete data specifically linked to you, please contact us at hello@gamelytics.co

6. Children’s Privacy

• General Apps: Our Services are not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13.
• Made for Kids: If we publish an app specifically categorized as "Made for Kids," that app will comply with COPPA and other applicable laws, will not use behavioral advertising, and will limit data collection solely to support internal operations.

If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information in violation of this policy, we will immediately delete it.

7. Security

We provide physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect the information we process. However, please be aware that no security system is perfect, and we cannot guarantee that data may not be accessed, disclosed, altered, or destroyed by breach of any of our safeguards.

8. Changes to This Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the "Last Updated" date on this page. You are advised to consult this Privacy Policy regularly.
